The Trust hosted a panel event to launch new research in collaboration with the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, discussing the report, its findings and recommendations, and their implications for approaches to tackling online harms.
The report, ‘Amplifying Antisemitism: How recommender algorithms serve harmful content to children’, shows that teenagers can be directed to antisemitic content within hours of using TikTok and Rumble. The report underscores the role of recommendation algorithms in accelerating exposure, and raises concerns about enforcement and the need for stronger, systematic platform interventions.
The panel featured Danny Stone MBE from the Antisemitism Policy Trust and Hannah Rose from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, and was chaired by Emily Darlington MP.
