What We Offer
A 90-minute training session online which will focus on antisemitism: what it is, its roots, modern manifestations and on de-mystifying Jewish people.
Antisemitism session content aims and outputs:
- Increased understanding of who Jewish people are and the community in the UK.
- Increased understanding of what antisemitism is, its scale and reach.
- Knowledge about the different manifestations of antisemitism including but not limited to: conspiratorial, Holocaust denial, Israel and Zionism-linked.
- To understand antisemitism online, its impact and pervasiveness.
- For participants to be able to determine antisemitism when they see it and explain why something might be antisemitic.
We will deliver a presentation via an online webinar tool, interpolated with short video content, using polls and Mentimeter. There will be opportunities for Question and Answers at the end, but these are welcome throughout the presentation. Links to post-session educational materials will be provided. We are also happy to receive personal, private inquiries after the session from those nervous to pose questions in a wider group or anyone interested in following up the session.
