The APPG hosted a panel event exploring new research by the Antisemitism Policy Trust and the Center for Countering Digital Hate on antisemitism on social media.
Trust Chief Executive Danny Stone MBE spoke alongside CCDH Chief Operating Officer Jemma Levene. They discussed the worrying rise of antisemitism online and policy recommendations for tackling online hate.
The event was attended by a number of MPs and Peers including Joani Reid MP, Blair McDougall MP, Gurinder Josan MP, Lord Dubs, Lord Weir, Baroness Altmann, Baroness Morgan and the Bishop of Litchfield. We were also joined by representatives from Ofcom, the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, Full Fact, and various other online safety campaigners and Jewish communal representatives.
