APPG Re-established, Government Commits to Action

The election of officers for the All-Party Parliamentary Group Against Antisemitism took place on 25 May at a Breakfast in Parliament attended by some 30 Parliamentarians. The officers and members were elected and are listed here. The new DCLG Minister Andrew Stunell MP addressed the group and confirmed that the Inter-Departmental Working Group on Antisemitism would continue to meet and that the Government would report progress on the implementation of the recommendations of the All-Party Inquiry into Antisemitism for a third time in 2010.

John Mann MP, re-elected chair has highlighted the Internet, Universities and School Security as just 3 areas where further progress needs to be made. Watch this space for more news . .
